Where do we provide services?
Chandler, Gilbert, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, Tempe, and Queen Creek.
What type of clients do you teach?
We generally tutor elementary to college level. We tutor some graduate level courses just ask. We also tutor adults, nontraditional, homeschooled, and some clients with learning disability.
Where do we meet for tutoring appointment?
In-home or agreed upon location.
What are your prices?
Listed on courses page. Please buy appropriate course for your particular subjects.
How long is a session?
One hour. However; some people can have two-hour sessions if they like especially test prep clients.
What is the minimum amount of lesson hours I can buy?
You must buy minimum of 2 hours of sessions (can be used on two separate days)
How do I pay?
You can pay using credit card, debit card, or PayPal credits using PayPal secure system. Cash is accepted as a payment option call us for details.
When should I pay for sessions? Or continuing sessions?
All payments must be cleared 48 hours prior to your tutoring appointment. Please provide an order number for scheduling tutoring appointments.
How do I schedule tutoring appointments after buying lessons?
After an order is placed, someone will contact you within 24 hours using the phone number provided. If you have immediate questions call 773-386-3184.
What if I want tutoring for a course that is not listed?
Contact us via phone or email.
What is your refund policy?
Tutoring sessions conducted are not refundable. If you do not schedule your appointment we will reimburse your payment.
What is the cancellation policy for a scheduled session?
Same-day emergency cancelations get partial refund. For a full refund you must cancel your scheduled appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Can my son or daughter be home alone when tutor arrives at home?
No. Our tutors will not enter your home if your son or daughter is under 18 without an adult guardian in the house.
Are you a franchise?
No. We are a local tutoring company.
